Planning an office move
The more of this is settled before the day, the shorter the move. We go through each point with you on the call.
- Pick the date with both landlords or building managers, and ask about freight elevators, loading docks and the hours moves are allowed
- Decide who disconnects and reconnects computers, phones and the network (usually your own IT team or provider)
- Label furniture and boxes by room or desk, and share a floor plan of the new space
- Empty desk drawers or lock them, and pack personal items separately
- Sort out keys, fobs and building access for moving day

How do you quote a commercial move?
We go through what's moving, both locations, the access (elevators, loading docks, stairs) and the timing, then lock in your price on the call. In the quote form, choose Commercial and 'Office / Commercial'; it's a custom plan.
