Whistler movers on the Sea-to-Sky
Whistler is about 120 km up the Sea-to-Sky Highway from Vancouver: a beautiful drive, and a real mountain highway. Shiraz Moving Co. moves homes between Metro Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler, from village condos to chalets.
We plan around strata rules, the highway and the snow, and lock in your price on the call.
Moving to or from Whistler: what we plan for
- Highway 99 is the only road between Vancouver and Whistler, so traffic, construction and weather all shape the schedule.
- Winter tires or chains are required on the Sea-to-Sky through the winter months, and winter moves need some flexibility.
- A lot of Whistler is strata: condos and townhomes in the Village, Upper Village, Benchlands and Creekside, each with its own move rules and parking.
- Chalets in neighbourhoods like Alta Vista, Alpine Meadows and Emerald Estates can have steep driveways, and snow to clear in winter.

How long is the drive from Vancouver to Whistler?
About 120 km on Highway 99, usually around two hours depending on traffic and weather.
Can you move us to Whistler in winter?
Yes. Winter tires or chains are required on the Sea-to-Sky through the winter, and snow can slow things down, so we plan the timing with you on the call.
Do you move Whistler condos and townhomes?
Yes. Most Whistler complexes have their own strata move rules, so check them first and tell us the window; see condo & apartment moving.
